Shipping Policy:
At Treepublic, we understand the importance of delivering your products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Therefore, we offer different freight options based on the size and weight of your package. Our shipping rates may vary depending on the destination address. Some items may not be eligible for certain shipping methods. Please take note of the following:Small Package Shipments:
Treepublic ships to domestic and, in some cases, international addresses. Shipping costs are based on the dimensions of the shipping container/box, origin address, destination address, and value of the item. Small Package shipments are sent via UPS, FedEx, and sometimes, USPS. Treepublic reserves the right to select the shipping carrier. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days thereafter. LTL Shipments:
For Treepublic LTL shipments, we use different LTL carriers/partners and will schedule based on their requirements for delivery to provide you with a cost-effective and reliable delivery service. Please note that LTL shipments may require accessorial service charges for the following. Our representative can explain these to you, and if your delivery requires any of these service charges. These service charges are imposed by the freight carrier if applicable:
- Residential delivery fee
- Liftgate fee
- Inside delivery fee
- Government location delivery fee
- Delivery Appointment
- High-cost delivery (narrow streets, metropolitan areas)
- Hazardous material (i.e., FLA and Lithium batteries)
- Extreme length fee (i.e., aluminum rails)
Freight Shipments:
Due to rising fuel costs, freight and shipping costs, as well as delivery options may fluctuate as dictated by all shipping carriers. Freight rates vary based on the size and weight of the shipment. Please refer to the following guidelines when estimating your freight shipment:
- For shipments containing 1-15 panels, please contact us for more information on our freight services.
- For shipments containing 25 pallets of panels, our freight service starts at a price of $499.00 USD.
- For shipments containing a pallet and a half of panels, our freight service starts at a price of $799.00 USD.
- For shipments containing two pallets of panels, our freight service starts at a price of $1,299.00 USD.
Please note that anything exceeding the highest weight and size capacity requires an exact quote/estimate. We work with a variety of freight carriers to provide the most cost-effective and reliable delivery service. When we receive your order, we calculate the actual freight shipping rate based on shipment weight (palletized, bundled, or crated), shipment dimensions, freight class, NMFC, hazardous material classification (if applicable), origin address, destination address, and any accessorial services required. It may take 24-48 hours to prepare your shipping options. We will then contact you via phone or email to discuss your options and rates and collect additional shipping charges based on the freight rates generated.
